Family Medical Center

This family medical center is staffed by Dr. Steven Uttley and Dr. Ginette Rainville. Drs. Uttley and Rainville provide a family and general practice to patients they have registered.  They are currently registering patients from the Health Care Connect patient wait list.

Sports Medicine Consultation with Physiotherapy

Joining our team is Dr. Mike Crouzat, a sports medicine certified physician with years of experience treating our men and women of the Canadian Forces.  Dr. Crouzat provides consultations on sports injuries and return to sport, muskuloskeletal conditions and occupational injuries/therapy/return to work. As part of our Sports Medicine Service, we have also included physiotherapy services provided by Jodi Martel.  Jodi has extensive experience as a physiotherapist and her talent and relaxed attitude are a welcome addition to our clinics.
